Description: "High Grade" cigarette box with (4) example 1888 N184 W.S.Kimball Champions cards (Box VG/EX appearance, Cards GD-EX) Empty slide and shell box of High Grade cigarettes displays at the VG/EX level with light to moderate scattered wear. Inner tray is missing piece at bottom. Series of 1883 tax stamp on back which is overstamped but date can not deciphered. Includes (4) 1888 N184 W.S. Kimball Champions cards as would have been included in similar packs in the period incl. Dell Darling (baseball), Tommy Warren (boxing), Clarence Whistler (wrestler), and Charles Wood (jockey). All but Darling display light corner edge wear/toning; Darling has more wear at right edge and heavy upper corner crease: Box VG/EX appearance, Cards GD-EX ($200-$400)Final Bid: $307.00
