Description: 1966 Hall of Fame voting final tally sheet displaying Ted Williams 282 votes (93.3%) for Induction (EX) 13"x17" Lacquered wooden plaque housing the original Baseball Writers Association of American computer printout which was retained by Ted Williams following his Induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame. Williams can be seen in newspaper archive photos taken that day holding a similar sheet (quite possibly this example although this can not be state with certainty). It was later "plaqued" for display and was certainly a point of pride for Williams. Light scattered surface wear. Includes vintage c.1970s print on heavy photographers stock of a sepia tone image of Williams Hall of Fame plaque and letter of provenance from Claudia Williams: EX ($250-$500)Final Bid: $4,400.00
