Description: Babe Ruth "The Kids At His Heels" and "Ruth Champions" photographs c.1922. Pair of sepia tone 6.5"x8.5" photographs showing scenes from a 1922 youth baseball championship game which was played at the Polo Grounds. Both mounted back to back on a scrapbook page which has Christy Walsh's handwritten descriptive notations. In one he is seen running "With The Kids At His Heels" and in the other he is shown with the victorious "Babe Ruth Champions from Syracuse." Light toning and mild wear to images which each have a visible small tear at one upper corner. Includes letter of provenance from the Ruth Family: GD/VGEstimated Price Range: ($500-$1,000)
