Description: Mickey Mantle 1975 All-Star Game ring - honorary captain of the American League team. Blue stone face has "Baseball All Star" lettered around the edge. The name "Mantle" appears on one shank within a ball over crossed bats decoration. On the opposite side is the MLB swingman logo and "1975" year. Balfour hallmark appears on the interior band. Size (9.5) with a hint of light wear. From 1975 through 2007 Major League Baseball would name honorary captain for both the American and National League teams, in 1975 Mantle was selected as figurehead of the A.L.
