Description: 1937 Babe Ruth American Big Game Competition presentational plaque. Diminutive bronze award plaque as presented to Ruth in recognition of "Bagging the Largest White Tail Deer" for 1937. Plaque has decor and lettering in relief/raised fashion measuring 8" tall. Foundry mark of "J.F. Hansen Studios" at lower right which is in direct relation to the presumed championship winning trophy mount offered within this very Ruth family auction.
