Description: Unique Babe Ruth Personal Whitetail Buck 13 Point Trophy mount with related photograph c.1920-30s. Original trophy mount as taken by Ruth during one of his beloved hunting trips having once been displayed within the Ruth residence. Mount presents in exceptional original condition with light overall age wear. Wooden back plate used for wall mounting is impressed, "Mounted by J.F. Hansen Studios Jersey City, NJ". 38" total height. The mount includes a vintage 10"x13" framed photograph of Babe Ruth posed with two other hunters and numerous trophy game that they had taken. Photo is inscribed to Ruth at top right from the two other hunters. Very interesting and unique item relating to a beloved sporting endeavor of Babe Ruth.
