Description: Collection of track and field related medals, programs, photos, and other ephemera c.1928-32 (EX overall). The personal collection of M.O. Kellogg who was a track star in high school and became a long distance runner at Cornell University. The collection includes (34) different medals from high school and college events. (9) of the medals are marked Sterling and (13) are marked gold filled. Also included is an assortment of (45) programs and hand-outs from mostly track & field related events. Programs are from various colleges and high-schools. There are also approx. (30) period photographs including (5) 7.5"x19" Cornell track & field team photos. Remainder of the collection consists of various paper including a few awards and certificates. Collection grades EX overall with some lesser to better quality items.Final Bid: $627.00
