Description: 1919 "Commy" hardcover book with dust jacket (EX, dust jacket GD). A biography of Charles Comiskey published in the same year as the Black Sox scandal. First edition copy retaining original dust jacket. The dust jacket exhibits moderate edge wear including some paper loss. A file sticker and piece of clear tape are affixed to the spine of the jacket (also a small piece of clear tape near the top). Scattered moisture spotting is also evident on the spine of the jacket.
