Description: Lot of approx. (170) Negro League player endorsed checks with Hall of Famers (GD-EX) Sizable lot of checks which were written to former Negro League players whom in turn endorsed them on the back. NOTE - the group has been screened with secreterial examples removed however it is possible that a few remain mixed in. In some cases there are (1) or (2) of given player and in others there are a good number more. Signatures generally rate 7 out of 10 or better and there is expected handling and bank cancellation related wear throughout. Sampling of the content includes (10) Buck Leonard, Ray Dandridge, (4) Monte Irvin, (3) Ted Radcliffe, (4) Sam Jethroe, (2) Buck O'Neil, and (2) Leon Day.
