Description: Lot of (8) rare early Major League player images c.1904-08, large size glass plate negatives (GD-EX, see description) Rare early views of baseball at the Major League level featuring a variety of teams/players. Two are identified on envelopes as being Kip Selbach and Socks Siebold. One is cracked and there are a few that have large areas of emulsion loss. Another (identified as Buck Freeman of Boston) has some heavy swirls of discoloration. Varying degrees of wear. All approx. 5"x7".
