Description: Red Sox Hall of Famers Foxx, Grove, McCarthy, and Cronin c.1930s-50s, lot of (21) acetate negatives (Overall EX/MT) Includes image of Cronin and Foxx in Red Sox uniform with Boston Braves players; (3) images of Lefty Grove (2 in uniform, 1 later in street clothes signing baseballs); (11) image of Jimmie Foxx with a few taken during his playing days and others post-career (one is a duplicate); and (6) images of either Joe McCarthy or Joe Cronin as Manager with some also including Connie Mack. Touch of light wear effecting perhaps a few pieces. Mostly 4"x5" with a few smaller. Includes letter of provenance from the Brearley family: Overall EX/MTFinal Bid: $275.00
