Engraved on the side "Farewell Ted September 26, 1960." Unused and in original box which has additional lapel pin affixed; additional Quill pen housed in original box has matching base with Hitters Hall of Fame logo at center. Includes letter of provenance from Claudia Williams: NM-MT
