Description: Rare John McGraw Tuxedo Tobacco advertising sign c.1910-15. Highly coveted color lithographic cardboard advertising sign from the Tuxedo Tobacco baseball player endorsed series. Portrait image of McGraw is displayed at right end with image of Tuxedo Tobacco canister at left. Color is outstanding with an area of restoration to a chip at top right corner. Another 2-3" area of surface inpainting is present at collar area of McGraw's jersey and sign also has a few typical surface imperfections/creases including small puncture repair. 10"x20" matted and framed: VG-EXEstimated Price Range: ($5,000-$10,000)
