Description: Fine Raymond Berry Baltimore Colts professional model helmet c.1960s. Riddell Kra-Lite helmet has Colts team logo decals on either side and number "82" on the back. "TK2 Tru Kurv" label remains on the interior which has a number of factory applied stamps which were done when the helmet was refurbished (along with the original Riddell label below the TK2 label). Number "82" is written inside in vintage black marker and the suspension webbing is intact with rubber portion at the center having hardened. Appropriate style facemask is attached however this, along with the clips securing it in place, are likely replacements added later for display. Exceptional use/wear is evident throughout from both pre and post refurbish with scratching, gauges, and scattered soiling. An exceptional example with regard to player, team, and direct first hand provenance.
