Description: 1927 Babe Ruth "Big Kiss From His Babe" at the World Series photograph (PSA/DNA "Type I"). Charming sepia tone 6"x8" photo shows Ruth, seated on the dugout steps of Yankee Stadium, embracing his daughter Dorothy. The original paper caption (no longer attached to the image itself) notes that it was taken on October 7, 1927 before the third game of the World Series. Image has some corner and edge wear including a minor tear (approximately .75") on the right edge, an even smaller tear on the bottom, and chip to lower left corner. Mounting residue on back with a partially visible "International" stamp. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA ("Type I") and letter of provenance from the Ruth Family: GD/VGEstimated Price Range: ($1,000-$2,000)
