Interesting selection of Championship Season pieces includes leather wallet which has "Walter Pierce 1945 World's Champion" gilt lettered inside; large celluloid premium style piece (5" across) which has the Tigers logo and player facsimile signatures on one side and their World Series opponent Cubs on the other; 1945 Tigers Testimonial Dinner program (which has an image of the Tigers side of celluloid premium pictured on back); oversized 12.25"x17.25" team photo premium on heavy stock which is marked "Goebel Brewing"; Louisville Slugger commemorative black bat with impressed text/titling and player facsimile signatures (surface wear and areas of loss); and (2) page letter on legal sized stationery which details each Tiger players' share of the 1945 World Series receipts.
