Black jersey with white and gold accent trim has number "45" on the front, back, and shoulders. A "Fuamatu-Ma'afala" nameplate is across the back. "01-46" Printed strip tag in the collar denotes year and size and any supplemental tagging was likely removed when a custom hem was done along the lower portion. "Steelers Authentic Memorabilia" hologram is applied inside (number GU-111750) and their website confirms that the jersey was "game used" during the 2001 season.
