Description: 2002 Hines Ward Pittsburgh Steelers professional model game used jersey (Steelers Pro Shop authentication, Art Rooney II LOA, and MeiGray multi-game photomatch). Black jersey has number "86" on the front, back, and shoulders. There is a "Ward" nameplate across the back. Printed "02-40" strip tag in the collar denotes year and size. Custom hemmed with supplemental tail tagging no longer present. Wash tag inside has a "Steelers Authentic Memorabilia" hologram affixed (number GU-109252) which can be confirmed in their database as "game used." Very strong use is evident throughout and it has been photomatched by MeiGray to multiple games including November 24, 2002 vs. Bengals - (5) receptions for (125) yards and (1) touchdown; December 8, 2002 vs. Texans - (9) receptions for (76) yards; December 29, 2002 v.s Ravens - (5) receptions for (46) yards and (1) touchdown; January 5, 2003 vs. Browns - (11) receptions for (104) yards and (1) touchdown. In addition, it is accompanied by a letter signed by Art Rooney II confirming it was used and stating that it long resided in the Steelers equipment repository. A fine representation from one of the Steelers most noted players.
