Description: Lot of (2) champagne bottles attributed to the 1980 Philadelphia Phillies postseason celebrations. Includes 750-ml unopened bottle of Gold Seal New York State Champagne, and 750-ml unopened bottle of Great Western Extra Dry New York State Champagne ("80 World Series" written on the label). The labels on both bottles are stained, and each bottle has a sticky residue likely from champagne being sprayed during the celebration. Originally obtained by a collector who received items directly from players and team employees in the period, and includes letter of provenance from the original recipient: VG/EX-EXEstimated Price Range: ($400-$600)
