Description: Outstanding Steve Carlton autographed 1980 Philadelphia Phillies professional model home jersey (World Series Champions)(Cy Young) (SGC/Grob: Superior) Wilson size 46 jersey with "P" logo patch and #32 sewn on the front, along with "CARLTON" nameplate and #32 sewn on the back. Wilson tag is on the front tail with "80 1" year/set tag below, and "Carlton" name tag is sewn inside the collar. Carlton signed the jersey in blue marker. Signature rates 8 out of 10. Stained inner collar, with fairly minor wear otherwise. Highly desirable jersey as worn by Carlton in his 1980 Cy Young Award winning season. Lefty dominated the National League with a final record of 24-9, 286 strikeouts, 13 complete games, and 2.34 ERA leading the Phillies to their first World Series title. Originally obtained by a collector who received items directly from players and team employees in the period.
