Description: Lot of (19) 1949 Leaf baseball cards incl. Babe Ruth (all trimmed) Intact grouping as assembled in the period with all cards trimmed (they were at one time all housed within the 1949 Leaf album offered elsewhere in this sale). Notables (first 4 listed are slabbed "Authentic Altered" by Beckett") incl. Babe Ruth, Ted Williams, Phil Rizzuto, Ted Kluszewski, Luke Appling, and Joe Gordon. All cards retain vivid coloration with varying degrees of mostly light wear and some creasing. Each has had the white borders trimmed off.
