Description: 1959 Topps hockey complete set of (66) cards (Range VG-EX/MT, Avg. EX) Nice set in average EX grade with most cards offering greater eye appeal. We have been very conservative in factoring hints of edge wear on backs which have red coloration which runs to the edges with no customary white (or other colored) border. A good portion of the set falls in stronger EX/MT range with a few better. Approx. (10) cards have wax staining on back with keys noted as such. Keys: #1 Nesterenko (VG/EX-EX), 2 Pilote (EX), 6 Lindsay (EX-EX/MT O/C appearance - small wax staining on back), 8 Delvecchio (EX-EX/MT O/C appearance - small wax staining on back), 15 Worsley (VG/EX O/C), 20 Howell (EX/MT O/C), 23 Bucyk (EX-EX/MT), 28 Hall/Henry (VG-VG/EX miscut), 32 Hall (VG/EX O/C - wax staining on back), 34 Bathgate (EX O/C), 42 Sawchuk (VG), 47 Hull (VG-VG/EX O/C with some discoloration at lower right), 48 Howe/Evans (EX/MT), 54 Worsley/Howell (EX O/C), 57 Shack (EX), 63 Howe (EX O/C): Range VG-EX/MT, Avg.
