Description: Early J.F. Hillerich & Sons "Ball Balanced" baseball bat c.1900s-10s (VG-VG/EX) Scarce early design featuring a large ball shaped knob has "Ball Balanced" model designation burned into the barrel end. "Dash-dot-dash" centerbrand remains well defined with model visible but slightly faded from view. Fine surface patina with moderate scattered wear throughout including dead wood and grain separation on the reverse barrel, some loss, and some knicks/gouges: VG-VG/EX ($1,000-$1,500)Final Bid: $1,392.00
