Description: Ty Cobb "250" signature model Louisville Slugger "Hand Bone Rubbed" bat c.1920s (EX appearance with note to restoration) Desirable bat with exceptional display value represents the highest quality that Louisville Slugger produced in the era. Bat has "250" model designation within centerbrand and bold "Ty Cobb" facsimile signature impressed within the barrel. "Hand Bone Rubbed" stamping appears to left of centerbrand. Measures 35" long and weighs 37oz with evident usage wear and scattered grain separation throughout. Knob end and reverse of barrel have been repainted in slightly off shade of simulated wood color and it is likely that some material has been filled in.
