Description: Baltimore Orioles professional model hat c.1954-57 (displays as EX/MT, technically grades GD). Black hat displaying embroidered Bird mascot logo on front retains "Tim McAuliffe" label on interior leather band which is also stamped "6 7/8 KM Pro Cap." Exhibits minor usage wear, but the underside of the brim has been torn open and the interior padding broken into pieces (missing a small piece if the padding). Black brim style used by the team from year of inception through the 1957 season dates to their earliest days in Baltimore. Displays as EX/MT from the top, but technically grades GD to the brim damage.
