Description: Vintage Corby's Whiskey advertising baseball scoreboard c.1950s (VG/EX). 13"x27" cardboard advertisement displaying the scoreboard for a Brooklyn Dodgers vs. New York Yankees game in which the Yankees won 2 - 0 at home. The upper left features a colorful parrot saying "Play Ball!". Beneath the scoreboard, the sign reads "Win or Lose...Say Corby's". Bottom border reads "Blended Whicky - 86 Proof - 68.4% Grain Neutral Spirits - Jas. Barclay & Co. Limited - Peoria, Ill." The front of the sign has been laminated wit the team name and score emblems affixed with Velcro patches. Exhibits wear to the corners and some edge wear. The laminated covering has some surface wrinkling. Displays as VG/EX overall.Final Bid: $360.00
