Approx. 10"x11" pen and ink cartoon drawing featuring bubble at top which lists names of players including Sandy Koufax, Dick Stuart, Babe Parilli, Milt Schmidt, Eddie Shore, Rocket Richard, Tiny Thompson, and Sweeney Schriner. Signed at bottom right corner by Phil Bissell with "1-21-64" date added. Housed in 12"x15" frame, so complete condition is unknown, but appears: EX/MT-NM
