Description: Ty Cobb autographed Cobb Memorial Hospital announcement brochure c.1950 (EX-EX/MT). Foldout brochure measuring 9"x12" (unfolded) was issued to announce the construction of "Cobb Memorial Hospital" in Royston, GA, which was founded with a $100,000 donation from Ty Cobb in memory of his parents, Herschel and Amanda Cobb. The piece itself pictures the original sketch of the hospital and includes "Cobb Memorial Hospital" titling. Signed on the verso, "To Mrs. Richards From Your Friend Ty Cobb" in blue fountain pen.
