Description: 1937 New York Yankees World Champions Louisville Slugger bat (VG/EX). 35" brown bat with gilt impressed names of the World Champion Yankees including Gehrig, DiMaggio, Lazzeri, McCarthy, Dickey, Gomez, and others. Stampings remain mostly strong overall. Bat exhibits multiple surface line indentations from where it appears a thin string or cord was wrapped around the top of the handle and over the Louisville Slugger centerbrand.
