Description: Eddie Cicotte signed government postcard (PSA/DNA). Infamous ôBlack Soxö playerÆs autograph appears on the blank side of a GPC in dark green ink. Signature rates 9 out of 10, having been covered by a strip of period clear tape. Addressed and cancelled on May 26, 1949, the GPC has light cancellation marks on the signature side that do not affect the autograph. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA: EX
