Description: Active Club Baseball cigar box, c. 1919 (see description). Tough-to-find vintage cigar box features printed paper "Actives" baseball team photo on top, and burned-in "Active Club Cigar" and baseball equipment logo on the underside, though it appears the lid at one time was broken off, then reattached with added hinges - only in reverse of the correct orientation. Interior box is in generally PR condition with paper removed and no visible markings. "Active Club Cigar" is also printed on exterior end panel, and "Factory No. 932, 9th District, State of Penna" notice is printed on underside, along with some paper residue. Box appears PR (with note on restoration/lid reattached in reverse).Final Bid: $81.00
