Description:Lloyd Wells 1966 Kansas City Chiefs AFL Champions 10K gold ring - NFL's 1st African American scout (VG/EX-EX). 10K gold size 14.5 (re-sized) ring weighing 1-oz. with CZ stone set on red stone face surrounded by "Kansas City Chiefs 1966 AFL Champions" text. One side has 1-1-67 AFL Championship game score above the AFL logo, with text below faded away. The other has "WELLS" name above Chiefs logo, with text below also faded away. Resized band has caused the interior stampings to no longer be present. The ring appears to have been worn over an extended period of time, and the original stone has been removed from the face, with this replacement face showing impressive eye-appeal.
