Description: 1951 World Series champion New York Yankees partial team signed baseball with rookie Mantle - JSA (VG-VG/EX). Wilson Official League ball signed by (14) including including Mickey Mantle, Johnny Mize, Phil Rizzuto, Hank Bauer, John Sain, Bobby Brown, Joe Ostrowski, Gene Woodling, Charlie Silvera, Ralph Houk, Stub Overmire, Spec Shea, Jim Bridweiser, and Gil McDougald (Joe DiMaggio and Yogi Berra are clubhouse signed). All are signed in period fountain pen rating 5/6 to 8 out of 10 (average 6-6/7). Ball displays mild even toning, with a light clear coat applied long ago to aid in preservation. Includes a previous auction LOA from JSA: VG-VG/EX ($750-$1,500)
