Non-notarized trust agreement was set up before the Hall of Famer Pete Maravich's untimely death at the age of 40 for the benefit of his son, Jaeson Peter Maravich. Six-page document is an unfiled copy but has been signed on page 5 by two trustees and by Maravich in the rare "Peter Maravich" style, rating 9/10 out of 10.
