Description: Bill Walton's costume hat worn at John Fogerty concert with related photograph (VG/EX). Mardi Gras style hat worn by Walton at a John Fogerty concert he attended, with 8.5"x11" print-off picturing three images of Walton wearing the hat (one posed with Fogerty). The leaf designs are broken off on one side of the mask on the front of the hat. Includes certificate of provenance from Walton Family: VG/EX
