Description: Rare 1956 Topps Elvis empty 5-cent display box (PR; repaired). Outstanding original 5-cent display box once held (24) wax packs with cards featuring The King at the height of his popularity (issued under Topps' Bubbles Inc. imprint). Box, featuring graphic of Elvis with guitar on top and portrait images on the side panels, remains intact with a perforated top. Box appears at one point to have been separated at all four corners (with 2" tear on one end) and glued back together at the corners. Box also has creasing and scattered age-related wear: PR (with note on repairs). ($500-$1,000)
