Description: Bill Walton's copy of his 1992 Basketball Hall Of Fame nomination form (EX/MT). Copy of the 4-page form filled out by David Zuccaro (public information director of the Boston Celtics) which chronicles Walton's life, career, and accomplishments. Walton's facsimile signature has been stamped on the front page. Includes attached handwritten note from Zuccaro to Walton which reads "Bill - This is a copy for your records. It has been sent to the Hall. Best of luck, Dave Z.", and certificate of provenance from Walton Family: EX/MT ($500-$750)
