Description: 1972 Topps near-complete set (783/787) with Ryan, Mays, Fisk RC and 100+ high-numbers (PR-EX). Mostly lower-grade near-complete 1972 Topps set is missing only four cards for completion: #s 433 Johnny Bench, 441 Thurman Munson, 559 Pete Rose and 761 Ron Cey RC. Lot includes most key cards in the set, as well as more than (100) cards from the difficult high-number series (#s 657 - 787). Highlights include #s 49 Willie Mays (PR), 79 Carlton Fisk RC (VG), 299 Hank Aaron (VG), 309 Roberto Clemente (GD+), 435 Reggie Jackson (VG), 595 Nolan Ryan (VG/EX), 695 Rod Carew (GD), 751 Steve Carlton Traded (VG+), and 754 Frank Robinson Traded (FR). Balance of the lot, housed in two binders, appears mostly VG-VG/EX with some better and some worse. Range: PR-EX.
