Description: 2013 Tigers vs. White Sox game-used baseball, autographed by winning pitcher Max Scherzer (MLB/JSA authenticated). Outstanding B. Selig MLB baseball was used in the bottom of the second inning in a Sept. 20, 2013 game between the Chicago White Sox and Detroit Tigers, when it was thrown in the dirt by White Sox pitcher Dylan Axelrod against Detroit batter Miguel Cabrera. The Tigers went on to win the game 12-5 behind starting pitcher Max Scherzer, who autographed the ball on the sweet spot, rating 8 out of 10. A MLB authentication sticker is affixed to the ball, attesting to its game use as well as its signature. Ball also has a JSA sticker affixed, and a basic cert is also included. Ball shows evidence of light use: EX/MT.
This internet auction will close to initial bids at 10pm E.S.T on May 28, 2025. Bids may be placed at any time up until the closing and bidding will extend past 10pm E.S.T. on May 28 for 20 minute intervals per lot for each bid placed on a given lot.
