Description: Original Willard Mullin Philadelphia "Eagles Back to Back" football artwork, c. 1950s-1960s (VG/EX). Original 22"x15" ink illustration from famed cartoonist Willard Mullin entitled “Eagles Back to Back," features a cartoon making light of the Giants' schedule vs. the Eagles in two successive weeks. Sketch (with top right corner cut out) exhibits light to moderate wear with some toning and corner wear. Piece has been signed on the lower left by Mullin, and includes additional notations in Mullin's hand to the New York World Telegram & Sun on the reverse. Original newspaper pencil notations/crop marks are on the front: VG/EX.
