Description: Very unique Paul Hornung and Gale Sayers dual-signed and inscribed photograph (NM). 8"x10" photo picturing Hornung during December 12th 1965 game against the Colts. Hornung signed the photo in black marker and added "5 TD's @ Balt Colts" "HOF 86" inscriptions. Sayers also signed the photo in blue marker and added "The same day I scored 6 TDs" inscription. Signatures rate 9 to 10 out of 10. Includes letter of provenance from Angela Hornung: NM
