Description: J.A. Richard & Co. baseball bat, c.1890s (VG/EX see description). 35" "LEAGUE" model bat produced by Richard & Co. of Schenectady, NY. Interesting design with burned rings around the bat. Scattered surface wear and spike marks, along with a light crack running from the top of the handle to the centerbrand area. Shows evidence of some wood repairs and resurfacing: VG/EX
