Description: 1997 Lenny Dykstra autographed Philadelphia Phillies professional model home jersey (EX) Pinstriped jersey has "Phillies" team name across the front and "Dykstra 4" on back. The number also appears on the left sleeve along with a "1" embroidered black arm band worn in honor of Richie Ashburn. On the right sleeve is a Jackie Robinson patch. Russell Athletic tag appears on front tail noting size (44) with adjacent polyester and custom sleeve length flag tags.
