Description: Lot of vintage c.1950s Chicago White Sox related material from the Bill Pierce Collection plus 1955 season pass (GD-EX) Includes 1955 American League season pass with "Walter Pierce and One" written in bearer line; (2) 1950 White Sox Yarns newsletters; 1950 Chicago White Sox scorecard (scored vs. Browns); 1954 Chicago White Sox scorecard (scored vs .Detroit); 1958 White Sox scorecard (partially scored vs. Kansas City); (18) telegrams as sent to Pierce with most dated 1956 and related to his 20th win; hardcover "Go-Go Chicago White Sox" team history with 1960 publication date that has been inscribed to Pierce by author Dave Condon (some moisture damage); 1956 and 1957 White Sox yearbooks (1957 with heavier damage/soiling); (3) vintage photos of Pierce while with the White Sox; modern print showing Pierce in White Sox uniform which he has signed in marker rating 8/9 out of 10; vintage portrait artwork on canvas showing Pierce as member of the White Sox.
