Description: "1977 Dixie Youth World Baseball Series" - exceedingly rare folk art painting on board by George Sosnak (EX) Heavy stock artists board (approx. 14"x16") has been fully decorated in inimitable style by noted sports artist George Sosnak. Titled "1977 Dixie Youth World Baseball Series, Bartow Florida August 15th 21st", it is illustrated with game scenes, text, participating states, and traced player/participant signatures. This is an exceedingly rare format for Sosnak's work and one of a small number which recently surfaced. Prior to this group entering the market he was only known to have used baseballs and envelopes as a medium.
