Description: 2009 Chad Durbin Philadelphia Phillies home alternate jersey with Kalas memorial patch (MLB "team issued") (EX) Cream color alternate with "Phillies" lettered across the front has "Durbin 37" on back. Number also appears on left sleeve and an "HK" memorial patch is on front chest. Screened on Majestic tag on front tail notes size (50) and a Cool Base flag tag appears on outer seam.
