Description: "The Yale-Princeton Football Game" by McLoughlin Bros. c.1895 (VG-EX) Choice display item features a color lithographed lid with a game action scene that is marked, "1895 by McLoughlin Bros." at lower right. Lid has some chipping and small tears along side skirts which are missing a corner and may have some glue added to regain shape. Central portion is lightly soiled and the upper corners have damage that has possibly likewise been reversed. Playing board retains bright coloration with some wear and light wrinkling.
