Heavy stock 3.25"x5" card having printed front with "Release Form" titling at top and News Syndicate Co. addrses below which allowed for the Company to use the signer's likeness. Signed in period fountain pen "Ronald Reagan" rating 8 out of 10. Also signed by a representative and presumably dated in his hand. Touch of light toning.
