Description: 1985 Chicago Bears team signed Super Bowl XX logo football - (41) signatures incl. Walter Payton (EX/MT-NM, see description) Wilson P.Rozelle Official Super Bowl XX logo white panel football has been signed throughout by (41) members of the Champion Chicago Bears. Notables incl. Walter Payton, Richard Dent, Jim McMahon, Mike Singletary, Dan Hampton, and others. Black marker signatures rate 6/7 to 9 out of 10 (Payton approx. 6/7) and the ball is "like new" with no mentionable wear. Our consignor has relayed that it was obtained from the Walter Payton Foundation many years however the paperwork is not included. Please note: as is the case with several other 1985 Bears team balls with this same history the ball was assembled after the individual panels were signed. This has resulted in a few autographs (incl. Payton) being slightly effected by the process (small portions not visible).
