Description: Exceptional 1980 Mike Schmidt professional model baseball bat (EX) Adirondack model 302 Pro Ring BigStick with Mike Schmidt facsimile signature impressed at barrel end measures 35.5" long and weighs 34.4oz. Model number "256A" is factory stamped in the knob along with production codes ending in "0" indicating manufacture for use during the 1980 season. The jersey number "20" is written on in vintage black marker. Exceptional use is evident throughout the barrel which has grain swelling one either side due to repeated contact. In addition there are a few stray red rack marks and cleat marks along with some general black discoloration. There is some light pine tar on the handle which is cracked just below the red ring.
